Liquim Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Shane White as Chief Executive Officer. Shane brings extensive experience as a GAICD-qualified executive with a strong background in financial services and corporate strategy. His appointment marks a pivotal transition for Liquim as we move from our foundational R&D phase into a global commercial scale-up.

Shane will lead our current $2.5M capital raise and oversee the international rollout of our patented microfilm technology platform, including RevoGlov and RespiVIVA. His focus will be on establishing strategic distribution partnerships and leveraging our technology’s alignment with new ASRS sustainability reporting mandates.

Simultaneously, the Board is delighted to announce that Sheryl Frame will move into the role of General Manager. Sheryl has served as our CEO with distinction, navigating the company through its critical foundational stages and securing the award-winning commercialization pathways that define Liquim today.

By retaining Sheryl’s deep technical knowledge and strategic vision in this new GM capacity, Liquim has built a leadership structure optimized for success. This transition reflects a harmonious and unified vision between our founders and management, ensuring that as Shane drives our global commercial narrative, Sheryl continues to anchor our operational excellence.
