Currently the managing director of MPH Lawyers, Grant has over 25 years of experience in commercial and corporate law and in commercial litigation. He brings extensive experience advising high net worth clients at both listed and private companies in the information technology, automation and robotics, biotechnology, resources, energy, and construction industries. He also serves as non-executive chair and non-executive director for various listed and private companies.
Grant regularly advises public companies and directors on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and risk management. In the private sector, he works extensively in the innovation space ¬– including biotech, digital, AI, and robotics/automation – advising investors and founders on investment, national and international partnerships, commercialisation and scaling, and IP strategy/protection.
Sheryl is a director on numerous boards in addition to being an independent business and commercialisation adviser, strategist, grant consultant, and mentor. Sheryl has a strong background in the healthcare, biomed, and technology sectors.
As well as mentoring on many accelerator programs, Sheryl has worked as a commercialisation adviser to Accelerating Commercialisation – a Federal Government initiative which assists innovative new businesses in their transition from idea to commercial venture. She has founded several technology-based businesses of her own, all of which resulted in a successful exit.
Sheryl also served as a founding director of StartupWA and has since been appointed to the Board of UWA’s Commercialisation Studies Centre. She continues to serve as an Ambassador for both SBE Australia and WITWA.
Sheryl was recognised for her contribution to the ICT sector when she was named Australia’s ICT Professional of the Year for 2019 by the Australian Computer Society.
Vel holds a Bachelor of Medicine Degree from the University of Belgrade, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Curtin University, and a Certificate in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from Judge Business School, Cambridge University.

Zoran has over 20 years of experience working in the capacity of services contract manager onshore and offshore, with key responsibilities in contract implementation, QA/QC of contractual deliveries.
Zoran was engaged as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Better Nature, with full responsibilityfor logistics, including contract manufacturing, procurement and shipping nationally and internationally. Zoran has a wealth of experience in developing packaging compliant with TGA and FDA (USA) registrationsproducts and Hong Kong cosmeceuticals.
Spiro’s professional career as an engineer has seen him occupying key management roles in Telstra, primarily in the infrastructure planning area delivering high-capacity, high-availability,and secure data services to key customers in the government, corporate,and mining sector within Australia.
Spiro has managed many technical teams over the years and has been instrumental in implementing change management – including process and system development necessary during structural and disruptive changes within the telecommunications arena.
He has experience and training in contract management and has led senior technical planning teams in Western Australia, South Australia, and Victoria.
Spiro is also consultant to the pharma and medical industry.
Christine is a natural-product researcher who works in partnership with industry. She has extensive expertise in assessing the antimicrobial activity of compounds, in vitro and vivo , along with deep knowledge of the inflammatory and analgesic properties of natural products.
Jan adds significant value to Liquim through his extensive expertise in organic chemistry, encompassing both synthesis and analysis. His proficiency in maintaining high-standard laboratory operations and equipment is a testament to his dedication and competence.
Jan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry, reflecting his commitment to advancing the field and his depth of knowledge in his chosen discipline. His capabilities in research and development contribute to Liquim’s current success and position in the industry.
Dr Golledge is a physician in infection management and a clinical microbiologist with 30 years of consultant experience. Dr Golledge completed his training at Royal Perth, Sir Charles Gairdner, and Fremantle hospitals. He underwent advanced training in infectious diseases at the City Hospital and Western General Hospital in Edinburgh and from 1991 to 2018 was a consultant at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
He now runs Infections West, Perth’s largest and most progressive Infectious Disease practice. Dr Golledge admits and consults at Hollywood Private Hospital.
He is the author of over 130 scientific papers and four book chapters and is a regular guest expert on television and radio.
